Good things happen when we work together! Hands & Hearts brings UMCE and Great Escape families together to share some love, lend a hand, and make a difference in our community. Each quarter, we'll take on a new service project — finding simple, meaningful ways for people of all ages to do something good together for our community.
We're kicking things off with a Thanksgiving Food Drive to support EChO's Thanksgiving food boxes! Sunday, October 25, we will be handing out paper bags with a shopping list of items needed by EChO for the holidays. On Monday the 26th, Great Escape families will get bags too. Fill the bag and bring it back to the church by Sunday, November 8. After worship on November 8 we will be sorting the donations and getting them ready for EChO to give to our neighbors in need.
