Facility Use

The United Methodist Church of Evergreen has a number of rooms available to rent, which are suitable for meetings, conferences, receptions and weddings.  Our rooms include the 185 seat sanctuary, a large fellowship hall and classrooms that accommodate up to 10 to 25 people.

A security deposit of $100 is required within one week of confirmation from the church to secure your date and space. (The deposit check will be held by UMCE and returned to the user following the event if no damage has occurred.)

To reserve a room, please call the office at 303-674-4810 or email office@evergreenumc.org or download our Building Use Guidelines, Waiver of LiabilityAnimal Policy, and Building Use Contract and return it with your security deposit of $100 (refundable). To obtain a copy of UMCE's Wedding and Memorial Event Guidelines please contact the church office.
