Todd began as pastor at UMC Evergreen July 1. He has been under appointment in the Rocky Mountain Conference since 2001. He served at Stratton/Kirk/Burlington, and Rinn – Frederick, before coming to Evergreen. He has been in full time ministry for 15 years, beginning as a US Army chaplain assistant and then in church staff positions for several years. Originally from East Tennessee, he holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a masters in education, as well as his master of divinity from Duke University.

His wife, Pam, is pastor at St. James UMC in Central City. Son Jake is a freshman theatre major at Denver School of the Arts.
